Meet Christy Cook
A healing arts practitioner with over 17 years of experience, Christy represents Emerging Dawn Energetic Bodywork with a multifaceted approach to energy restoration and nervous system support. She is a Licensed Massage Therapist, RPP level Polarity Practitioner, and an intermediate-level Somatic Experiencing practitioner, with additional training in energy modalities including Master Level Reiki, Shamanic Reiki, Sound Healing, and CranioSacral Therapy. She's trained extensively around the world, holding space in countless ceremonies, & received teachings in a variety of notable lineages.

Unprocessed trauma embeds in the nervous system, creating loops and distortions in the energetic field. This takes a toll on a person's quality of life. Energies may shift when met therapeutically, freeing the system to reorganize in a new way. Our session work is intended to support clients dealing with imbalance in any aspect - Mental, Physical, Emotional, or Spiritual. Whether you're working to heal from physical injury, emotional and mental distress, general anxiety, nervous system dysregulation, PTSD, or general anxiety, your session will be
met with curiosity, mindful exploration, held in reverence by a professional therapist dedicated to her craft.
The intention is to meet each client where they are in the moment, creating a safe container for full expression, reset, and renewal. Through deep listening and conscious consideration of each individual's unique process, Emerging Dawn Bodywork supports client well-being through shared energy, education, and encouragement.
