Sessions are offered as outcalls, with travel fees applying beyond 10 miles. Each session may include but are not limited to: Polarity Therapy Somatic Support An offering of nervous system & process-oriented care using counseling, unwinding skills, and a variety of bodywork techniques for tuning into the body. Cranio Sacral Therapy Attuning to the Cranial system through gentle holds and deep listening to help you de-stress, unwind, & harmonize. Find balance and tranquility as your body finds it’s natural rhythm. Reflexology This process involves accessing the full body through hands feet and ears. This is a beneficial service for those experiencing inflammation, acute chronic conditions, post-surgery, or are unable to have a traditional massage.
